Carolyn Brown has over 35 years’ experience in historic preservation and 20 years’ experience in zoning and land use law. She practices regularly before the D.C. Zoning Commission, the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the Mayor’s Agent for Historic Preservation, the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board, and the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts.
